Frequently asked questions about Automatic Contribution Transfers (ACT)
Q: How does the ACT Program work?
This program works with your bank similar to direct payroll deposits and other electronic services. Transactions are efficient and occur without wasting paper, postage or time.
Q: Why should I use ACT?
ACT is free to use and eliminates the time it takes to write monthly or regular checks. You will also save on postage and the cost of checks while donations are handled automatically.
Q: When does the transaction occur?
On the day you choose or the next business day if the date is a weekend.
Q: How does ACT help KHCB Radio?
This Automatic Contribution Program or "Electronic Fund Tranfer" reduces KHCB's postage, record-keeping & check processing costs, which allows more of your contribution to be used in spreading the gospel and helping our community. Q: By pre-authorizing my donations, who has access to my bank account?
The information you give to KHCB for this progam is the same information that you give when you write a check. You authorize the terms of the contribution, and your bank controls the access to your account.

- This authorization to debit my bank account is the same as if I had personally signed a check to this organization.
- A record of each transaction will appear on my bank statement for tax records.
- In the unlikely event of an error, I have the right to reverse a debit by written notice to KHCB within 45 days of the transaction.
